Bow Pose / Dhanurasana issues. So, I really dislike this pose. It makes me anxious. I can do it 1 leg at a time or both if I am on my side. I have pretty much determined that its not my back / kidneys / adrenal given that it only bothers me fully belly pressing down. I have no problems in wheel with my belly & Cobra / Sphinx / Up-dog dont cause problems. Nor does locust pose. I have no problems with digestion... I believe my stomach is probably made of cast iron, and besides, it definitely is more of a anxious feeling (a bit like nervousness) rather than discomfort. Not doing bow is no big deal, but not knowing the why is perplexing me. BTW I have had no past traumas of my belly (except C-section) and no emotional traumas related to the area.
