(BoxingTalk - Mayweather Promotions Shakeup): Until now, Ive refrained from speaking on this, instead letting it all play out without adding much input, for the simple fact that although its ground-breaking, its also far from over. Months ago, many of you saw me post a very subliminal message (the day Richard Schaefer resigned from GBP). In that message, I stated that Floyd Mayweather would have some major decisions to make, for the simple fact that one man can wear two hats, but two men cant wear one. Few understood my purpose of that line at the time. (Revisit it AS MANY TIMES AS NECESSARY - in context to the news about Ellerbe that broke today). Days later, I stated that there were a few things brewing, so fight fans should keep an eye on the radar. I continued that statement by saying that some things well see sooner than others, but any MAJOR announcements probably wont come to fruition until the first quarter of 2015 (approx Jan-March). Well, lets just say this: Todays news from Floyd Mayweather was the first chip to fall in a trail of others to follow. I have no confirmations, so I wont contribute speculations. That being said, the best advice I can give to fight fans is PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE HEADLINES. As the song says: It Aint Over! #StayTuned
