Boy Beaten and Dragged Out of School by Abuser Father 17 Teachers Try to Intervene But Cops Assist the Abuser Protective Mom June is devastated and needs our support... Abuser Father, accompanied by stepmother and 3 policeman, dragged an 11 year old boy out of his class. The boy lay down and held on to a table to resist being taken. He begged teachers to help him and called out his mothers name, but his father punched and kicked him. 17 teachers did their best but were powerless because the police assisted the abuser. This boy was under protective custody from the father pending a higher court decision. The professionals worried he would be suicidal or run away if forced to go with his father. CPS had called the school forbidding them from releasing the child to him, but they were powerless to stop it because the police took the fathers side. Mystery #1: How can police assist a father against the will of CPS? Did the family court judge issue a secret ex parte order? Isnt CPS supposed to trump Family Court in child protection matters? Myestery #2: How can the police not arrest the father for assault and battery? There were plenty of witnesses. Would they have allowed him to batter another child at that school or is it because the fathers are allowed to assault their own children? Mystery #3: Why couldnt CPS subsequently file a petition and get the police to help THEM get the boy away from the abuser? Mystery #4: The father violated the moms right to visitation that same day, which is a felony. Why wouldnt anybody enforce that? My sons father went into the school last Friday ( a week ago) at noon. The school was informed by cps that they couldnt deliver my son to the father at the school. Allegedly they did everything they could. Father smashed into the classroom on P.E, grabbed my son, pulled into the hall and started to kick and punch him. He tried to escape, had run to teachers he knew well to help him. They couldnt. They tried but the father had his wife and 3 policemen. the police watched over the whole situation. My son layed down to the floor and grabbed a table not to force him. But the father yanked him by his legs on the floor to the exit. The teachers (17) tried to save him. They called me and cps, we all had been on our way to the school but they left before we had a chance. After this I havent seen my son till this moment.
