Varsity Track & Field The girls varsity track team was victorious with 80 points scored ahead of Peru w/49 and North Miami 28. Carly Jones was a triple winner in 1600 & 800 and she teamed with Alicia Eckart, Sydie Hill, Avery Ewing to win the 1600meter relay. Individual winners included: Alicia Eckart - high jump, Danielle Reed - shot put, Avery Ewing - 400, Jenny Keith -discus, Kaylie Gebhart -pole vault. The boys team also won with a score of 93, Peru 38 and North Miami 35. Eastern boys won 11 of 14 events. Individual winners were Papee Byers - long jump, Kevin Zheng - 1600 & 3200, Bryce Newhouse - pole vault, Braden Evans - high jump, Will Porter - 200, Riley Haupert - 300 hurdles, Lewis Duke & Josh Sommers - tied to win the 800. Papee Byers, Noah Aaron, Andrew Turner and Riley Haupert won the 4x100 relay.
