Brad, Ive been playing this deck heavily for two weeks and I believe you made a mistake in sideboarding. Ashiok didnt really do a whole lot for you in the video and while the Thoughtseizes were a good idea, I would have put in both Doom Blades and Sin Collectors, especially since Todd did exactly what I would have expected: Bring in extra removal to keep the creature count low. You need to be able to fight that when its expected, you cant just rely on the great 1-2-3 curve to get you through. Im fairly certain that the correct sideboarding plan here would have been: +2 Sin Collector +2 Thoughtseize +2 Doom Blade -2 Lyev Skyknight (these are great but expendable when the more important thing is to fight removal and Sin Collector is at the same spot on the curve and makes cards like Dreadbore, Mizzium Mortars, and Golgari Charm dead) -1 Jace (Does not do much and I agree with the commenter who said you dont want him, hes hard to cast and not good against Jund really) I am divided on your choice of Imposing Sovereign for the cut as I do agree with you that they do not really do much beyond eat a removal spell but its so important to slow Jund down by making their stuff come into play tapped. I think I would personally split hairs and do 2 Soldiers and 1 Imposing Sovereign. Soldiers are only important in the early game unless you can get Ephara running right on Turn 4 imho, and if you do and they havent shown up yet they can be a cheap way to pull yourself out of the muck a bit when you do something like play a Soldier plus a removal spell and then draw on their turn with Ephara, which is a really nice way to get yourself back in the game. Does all of this make sense?
