Bradford and Leeds IWW branches have a busy week ahead. Leeds IWW will be picketing outside Reeds Recruitment Agency tomorrow morning (8am) on behalf of a Union member owed money by the firm. This follows a written demand, delivered en masse directly to the Agency Manager by Branch members a fortnight ago! Join the picket if you can. Tuesday will see part two of the three week Union Rep training course being delivered at Bradford Resource Centre to members of both branches. Please consider joining the Union, getting actively involved so that we can run this training again! Thursday Bradford IWW Branch will be supporting a member through their workplace disciplinary hearing and are currently preparing the case against managements allegations. This is Solidarity in practice whether in an act of direct action, symbolic protest or workplace representation.
