Brag Moment.... You all know that Megan is trying out for High School Softball. She has been busting her ass all summer at workouts every Tuesday and Thursday morning. They have a summer league for all the girls that played last year and some of the freshmen that were on the feeder team. We did not get Megan on the Feeder team because of money and timing. Coach called her tonight and asked her if she would come and play on the summer league tonight. We dropped everything and went. He said he wanted to get a chance to see her pitch. She got up to bat once. Played outfield and yes she even got to pitch a couple innings. She did very well. She was so nervous and excited. Than the rain came and it was pouring down as she stood on the mound trying to hold on to the ball the pitch. They ended up calling the game. It was fun while it lasted. We hope they ask her to play again. She had so much fun.
