We are a people company and with our Coates Hire Learning Academy, provide structured training to assist in our teams career development. An opportunity exists due to internal structural changes in our branch network to manage 1 of our 3 locations in Gladstone. As Branch Manager you will be involved in the management of the daily branch operations including: • Managing a productive team • Ensuring budgets and KPI’s are met • Ensuring compliance with all Occupational, Health, Safety and Environmental regulations • Sales and management of assets. We are looking for a strong communicator who can develop long-term relationships with customers and co-ordinate the activities of a busy team. You will also ensure outstanding customer service because to us ‘Every Customer Matters’. To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate a successful track record that includes: • Customer service that involves high volume transactions • Managing budgets and KPI’s • Strong people management experience • Strong commercial acumen - understanding of sales budgets and KPI’s, • Prior experience within the equipment hire, mining, construction, industrial services or trade supply industries • Strong computer skills Furthermore, we also provide a competitive salary package, including vehicle, rental assistance and an Employee Benefits Program.
