The successful candidate will join a strong management team and have the support of a Regional Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for operating and developing the care agency, ensuring the Company’s reputation for appropriate staff placement is enhanced; administering branch controls, ensuring quality and compliance, developing and maintaining working relationships with service users and managing a small team of Care Coordinators.
