Im still shaking, cause having been firmly entrenched in most of the beliefs Im calling bullshit on……..I know how many of my dear and loved women friends will find what Im expressing quite horrific. I know how hard it was for me to wrap my head around acknowledging that my gender may possibly be oppressors. It was really hard for me to do, and at first it was like a rug had been ripped from under my feet. I was so used to feeling morally and spiritually superior, and firm in my place as victimised because of my gender. But my life experience has shown me otherwise. And its a really hard thing to face when youve considered yourself a brave warrioress, enduring suppression and oppression and rising nonetheless. It was hard to give up men as my particular punching bag, and limitless reservoir in which to send my blame…….thanks for your support!
