This is where a lot of people get tripped up. 100 calorie packs of Lorna Doone cookies is NOT the same as 100 calories of fruits & veggies! It’s just as important to plan your snacks as it is to plan your meals. Snacks tend to be where people give in to temptation. A scoop of chips here, a few M & M’s there..it adds up!
