Breaking News ... BREAKING NEWS (although it’s kind of like breaking news from the Onion): The House of Representatives just voted along party lines to sue President Obama because he delayed the employer mandate from Obamacare. Never mind that the GOP hates Obamacare and the employer mandate. So if you’re confused don’t be. Simply put, they’re suing Obama because he delayed something they hate. Yeh, I know. It makes no sense. Here are the three key things to remember about this lawsuit: Never before in the history of the United States has either the House or the Senate sued a President Rarely has any suit against a President been successful in any court of law The GOP’s main goal in suing the President is to make their right wing base happy Oh wait, I forgot. There’s one more thing for you to remember: There’s nothing short of impeachment the GOP can do to make their right wing base happy. Ever. So you may ask, what happens next? Ah, well the House will file a suit with a federal judge. That should take around a year or so to work itself out, maybe shorter maybe longer. If the GOP doesn’t like what happens, then they’ll appeal it to the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. That’ll probably take another year and by then, Hillary Rodham Clinton will be President of the United States. Lol.
