St Vincent’ s Private Hospital Toowoomba is ranked one of the highest in Australia according to the latest Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey results. The hospital was ranked number one out of the other 30 private hospitals in the same category (150 to 300 beds). The Hospital’s General Manager Carl Yuile said this was an excellent result. “The results of the latest Press Ganey Survey identify that, within the cohort of hospitals that St Vincent’s is compared, the hospital ranks within the very top performers for private and public hospitals in Australia; achieving an overall patient satisfaction score of 88.6 placing the hospital in the 94th percentile for all Press Ganey Facilities, and the 99th percentile for private facilities (151 – 300 beds). “The results identify St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba as one of the highest regarded Hospitals in Australia by patients. “These exemplary results attest to the dedication and commitment of our staff, accredited practitioners and volunteers. “We have been progressively aligning our services with what the patient wants and needs through high levels of communication, excellent outcome in care, patient involvement in decision making for a seamless patient journey.” Mr Yuile said he was privileged and proud to lead such a successful organisation. “St Vincent’s is absolute in its commitment to patient safety and experience and these results together with our outstanding clinical outcomes data demonstrate our intent to provide excellent health services to our community”.
