The home-based team came from three goals down to make a dramatic victory over Morocco in the tension-soaked encounter. The Nigerians conceded three goals within the space of seven minutes in the first-half; but emerged stronger in the second-half, scoring in the 49th minute. The goal from the Keshi-led was added in the 55th minute as the team seems destined to leave the football match before they netted the third in the 90th minute. The Super Eagles scored the winning goal in the extra-minutes to make it to the semi-final of the tournament.
