Breaking the cycle of poverty .....In El Salvador the school dropout rate among children is lower in families that receives remittances.... To send money to Africa the cost is 12%.....it is worst in Venezuela, 90%... Wherever cost are high, money goes underground..... .....if we reduce remittance cost to 1%, it will release a saving of 30 billions dollars per year...That is larger than the total the aid budget of the USA - the larger donor in the planet......
