Breaking up is hard, especially if you really cared, especially if its something you didnt want to happen, and especially if you think it would be the best thing to do. Letting go of the person youve held on to for so long is no easy task, and it isnt going to happen overnight, or within a week, or in a couple of months, maybe up to a year. Who knows? Depending on how much you care is how long its gonna take for you to move on, but if youre gonna find someone else within a day or a week or a month, you never really did care then, did you? If youre gonna cope by hooking up with other people, then you never really respected your partner enough to consider how he/she would feel, huh? Its hard to break up and go back to the way life was before you met that person because that person gave you new memories to remember and that person changed your life.
