Brent Martin less then one half of 1% of Officers misfit the uniform. Some are under trained in areas. Some have to follow administrative guidelines that dont make sense to the officers or community. And YES, some are just bad officers. In my 23 years behind the badge Ive worked and seen some amazing things officers have done. The majority have enormous hearts and use it to bottle up their emotions. The number of Officer suicides is always among the highest. We tend to put everyone before ourselves. All cops are usually bunched together and judged by the actions of one officer. I promise we dont like the actions of one bad apple either.
