Brent the Service Manager at Fletcher Nissan is a lazy good for nothing ass. My air conditioner on my brand new Nissan Versa is not working. I am in Arkansas at a Nissan dealer who found the problem. The part will not get here to Friday. Brent at Nissan in Joplin will not order the part overnight so I can get my car fixed because HIS tech did not look at it. A certified mechanic at a Nissan dealership told him what was wrong he will not listen. The service manager in Arkansas said Brent could order it overnight and get it fixed he is choosing not to. Please all of my Missouri friends please pass this on. FLETCHER NISSAN OF JOPLIN MISSOURI REFUSES TO HELP! BRENT the Service Manager will not help someone from out of town with a car under total warranty!
