Brian A. Donnelly b. Tue Nov 13, 1945 - d. Sat Oct 5, 2013 Celebration of Life 2:00 PM Thu Oct 10, 2013 Brian A. Donnelly 1945-2013 Moncton - Brian Arnold Donnelly, husband of Pamela Donnelly, of Laurelle Ave., Moncton, passed away at the Moncton City Hospital, on Saturday, October 5, 2013, following a brief illness. Born in Doaktown, on November 13, 1945, he was the son of Shirley (MacRae) and the late Elby Donnelly. Brian was a graduate of N.B.C.C. Bathurst and was an auto mechanic by profession and a former employee with Donnelly Shell Ltd., in Moncton; a former Canada Post mail courier; a former co-owner of Brunswick Fyre Systems Ltd. As well as a self employed businessman. He was a member of St. Stephen’s United Church, Black River Bridge, N.B. He is survived by his wife, the former Pam Nicholson; two daughters, Krista Corkum (Shawn), of Toronto, Ont. And Selena Donnelly (Kristynn), of Moncton; one son, Jeffrey Donnelly, of Truro, N.S.; his mother, Shirley Donnelly, of Black River Bridge; one sister, Blyn Jardine (Doug), of Napan; one brother, Grant Donnelly (Sylvia), of Black River Bridge; one sister in law, Judy Donnelly, of Napan; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Elby Donnelly; one brother, Marven Donnelly. By request there will be no visiting. A public Service of Remembrance will be held from St. Stephen’s United Church, Black River Bridge, on Thursday, October 10, 2013, at 2 pm, conducted by Penny Postlethwaite. Interment will be in the Black River Community Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to any charity of the donors’ choice would be appreciated by the family.
