Bridges to Broadway - more progress! Yesterday, (Monday), 36m2 of concrete was poured at Little Buckland bridge. It went behind the wing walls of the bridge on the southern side to prevent them moving any further. The concrete pour will be completed in four layers. The same will be done for the northern wing walls. Work was also continuing on Broadway bridge, with more damaged parts of the underside of the bridge span being taken out. The fabricators are currently making up new parts at their base in Carenarvon. The next major job is to refit the new lower flange on the Evesham side of the bridge deck.
