Bridget Ashe AKA The Bad Ashe Bridget Ashe AKA Bad Ashe has been working in the long term care industry for ten years. Bridget started her career with Senior Care Group, in Tampa, Florida and recently relocated to Raleigh to help open Crabtree Valley Rehab Center as the Director of Marketing. Bridget grew up in New York City which now makes her an official Half Back...NY to FL and half way back! When at home her time consists of spending time with her children Delia, Connor and Ronan, as well as finding new recipes to cook with her husband Dallas. Since moving to North Carolina almost two years ago with her husband and children, she has enjoyed, loved and embraced the Raleigh way of life... and part of that life now is running! Bridget has a little anxiety about turning the BIG 4-0 and has committed to herself to be fit before forty!!! When asked to join the Tuna 200 her initial response was you are kidding me, 20 miles??? Ha!!!! After Tricky Ricky AKA Richard Hiatt explained that we would be running in honor of the people we care for, while raising funds for ALZNC, she did not hesitate! This is what she needed to push her out of her comfort zone, all while working out for a great cause. Bridget is now 6 months away from the BIG 4-0 and feels better than ever and actually ENJOYS running...who knew? Training has been a learning experience, but her enthusiasm and dedication will take her far...slow, but far....15 miles far to be exact! Thank you for your support and helping the families we serve.
