Brief little photo collage of my efficiency. I got up this a.m. and unpacked. My wife would be proud of me, as I would normally just open the suitcase every day and pull something out. Instead I tried to act as though she were here, and (mostly) made up the bed, hung up all my shirts, put everything on the shelf, organized all my electronic gear and got it charging, and hooked up to the wifi here (she gave me the p/w last night), and got everything organized in the bathroom. Shot a selfie of me naked (or close) in the bathroom mirror, so I had to re-do that one. It is raining in PDC this morning. I have to walk about 3 blocks to catch the bus to downtown (it costs about 7 cents). I am likely to get wet. I did not rent a car because when I got to the desk they demanded that I take 100,000 liability USD supplemental insurance. I acutally would not mind doing that, but the price was 30 dollars a day, so I just punted. Walking is healthier. Stupid me has a rain slicker that would be perfect for this that I bought from Harbor Freight for 2 dollars in the drawer. Sigh. You always forget something. About to get a shower and go out to get coffee, breakfast, and scout around.
