Briefly, let me tell you about an experience I had with a customer today. Drove BACK to Burneyville, Oklahoma, because a customer called my company, and said that the AC ADAPTER and POWER CORD that we ordered from HP (Hewlett Packard), a couple of weeks ago, CAUGHT ON FIRE. When talking to HP this morning, they said that the HEALTH AND SAFETY DEPARTMENT would have to contact me TODAY, in regards to shipping out a replacement part. Well, here it is, 9:30pm, and NO ONE HAS CALLED. So I called HP on a follow-up call, and NOW they are telling me that it will take 24 to 48 hours for someone to contact me. Getting the run around, it seems, and of course, these people were OUTSOURCED TO INDIA, as usual, so I got on the HP WEBSITE, and sent a message to the CEO, Meg Whitman, pertaining to my customer telling me that the product that they purchased from HP caught on fire, and I am getting the run around on getting a replacement part. I had pretty much decided months back, that I would not recommend HP to anyone, because of bad hard drives, getting the wrong DVDs or CDs from HP, when ordering a RECOVERY CD from HP, but this one TAKES THE CAKE!!! FYI: BEWARE OF HP PRODUCTS. Their company has changed
