Miraculously after requesting an IEP regarding the bus situation; and getting an IEP date because just talking to transportation, we could not come to an agreement . I wrote and informed the IEP team that my attorney would be attending the IEP meeting with me. Lo and behold all of a sudden she is no longer going to have a 90+ minute bus ride home (15 miles).
