Brilliant finisher at 3D-MMA current location tonight. BJJ was lots of fun, even if I did get submitted haha. Womens MMA Fit class was a lot of fun and crazy as usual!! Girls worked really hard. Just like to say thank you to everyone that has ever trained with us at 3D-MMA. We havent done bad for a bunch of boys from the Rhondda. Had boys competing on some of the biggest shows in UK and Europe from Pain Pit to Cagewarriors. 3 years at our current location, now its time for a change. New era, new changes. Raising the bar and stepping things up! 3D-MMA will be moving to One2One gym in Trefforest. This is a fantastic move, there we will become stronger as a team, great facilities and much more convenient and beneficial for the lads to train at The MAT Academy. BJJ with CRA Brown Belt Ash will continue in the Rhondda same times and nights as usual at the new location, The Res in Trealaw. Really hope to see you all at the Res starting next week! Am sure everyone will keep the BJJ going, we have a great team here in the Rhondda. Definitely going from strength to strength. Last but not least thanks to all our coaches past and present that have helped build and create the club.the biggest THANK YOU goes out to one special man Stuart Jones without him there wouldnt be 3D-MMA. Hes the one guy that believed in my dream of opening a MMA gym in the Rhondda. The past 3 years have been wicked, had some amazing experiences and changed lives for the better. This aint the end.. Its a new beginning!!!
