Broad bean tips are something that you will NEVER see for sale in the shops! They are really special and we have plenty at Auntys Garden a truly delicious, once a year treat. The great thing is that it is good for the plant to pinch out the tips as it keeps them from growing too tall and encourages more vibrant growth from the bottom of the plant. Gently pick the broad bean tips, give them a wash, and then put in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain, squeeze out any excess water, and coat with butter. Heavenly!
