BronyCon is around the corner, and there are a few things we want to bring to your attention to help you plan your trip to Baltimore this weekend. Badge Pickup and Registration Badge pickup for pre-registration will begin Thursday at 2:00 p.m. and go until midnight in the Baltimore Convention Center. No at-door registrations will be processed on Thursday. To register at the door, BronyCon’s normal registration hours are 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Pre-registered badges may be picked up during BronyCon’s regular registration hours. The registration room will be in Hall A on the Level 100 of the BCC. Guidebook BronyCon will once again have the schedule available on Guidebook. Guidebook will have the most up-to-date schedule for the convention. Additionally, many businesses around BronyCon are providing discounts to attendees who show their BronyCon badge when paying. A full list of participating businesses can be found on Guidebook. To get the BronyCon Guide on Guidebook, download Guidebook through your phone’s App Store and search for “BronyCon” within the Guidebook app or just scan the QR Code from the inside front cover of the con book you’ll receive when picking up your badge. Getting Around Baltimore BronyCon has partnered up with Uber to help you get your way around Baltimore. Uber is a free app for your smart phone that connects you to a driver at the tap of a button. Thursday Activities For those of you arriving early, there will be a couple activities going on around the city Thursday. Both the Charm City Cakes Brony Cake Class and Brony Bar Trot (21+ only) will be making their return this year. BronyCon Alerts To assist you in keeping up-to-date on schedule changes, emergencies, et cetera, BronyCon has created the @BronyConAlerts https://twitter/BronyConAlerts Twitter account. BronyCon Moments BronyCon Moments is a new interactive way to be a part of the magic and merriment whether you are at BronyCon or following along at home. BronyCon’s social media staff will be walking the convention floor and may ask if you want to participate in a BronyCon Moment, and your moment will be shared on BronyCon’s social media. If you wish to make your own BronyCon Moment, include #BronyConMoments in your social media post to help BronyCon keep track of what’s going on—it just might get shared to a wider audience!
