Brother and Sister Veterans, I need your help. I am a veteran of Desert Storm/Desert Shield and I have many of the health/mental problems that you have. I am working my claim through the Texas Veterans Commission and they are a great help. However, the most important battle I have ever faced, on or off the battlefield is the one I in the middle of right now. I am fighting to keep custody of my 8 & 9 year old little girls. I will not make this a real long post, but you are welcome to go to my page and see a lot more information if you would like. Short version, their mothers family has paid her way out of prison on several occasions ( I did not know about), but the last time, while we were married, she was not able to buy her way out and went to prison for 3 years. She just got out and now, they want to use their money to try to take my girls away from a very happy, stable home. A place where they are consistently on the Distinguished A honor roll, they are active in little league baseball, Girl Scouts, and they enjoy going to church with their 93 year old Pawpaw. Please help me keep my girls home. They are doing so well. If you could please contribute to the fund I would greatly appreciate it. No gift is too small, I know times are tight right now.
