Brothers & Sisters in Law Enforcement, 2 more members of our Police family have been taken from us today. This disgusting AMBUSH on 2 NYPD Officers sitting in a marked police vehicle boils my blood. This is a tragic reminder of the increasing dangers that our police family faces each and every day. Without the complete support from our elected officials, I fear this may only happen again. I pray that you take the blinders off and realize that the men and women in blue are the reason you are safe in the greatest city in the world. Its YOUR turn to protect them NOW by taking off their hand cuffs and empowering them instead of empowering the public they serve. Rest in peace brothers.
