These activities including job offers, usually sent via emails, typically advise the victims they have been hired by BSP or that they may obtain employment with BSJV companies. For a fee, the individuals promise they will process the victims employment papers, tender offers, job applications and work permits. Victims are usually requested to send their fees, via a personal check or a money order, to a certain address. In some instances, victims are promised to receive checks to cover relocation expenses. Such promises and/or checks are not made or generated by BSP or in any way is associated with the Company. These services including job offers are not legitimate BSP recruitment activities. BSP as the Company that manages recruitment for BSJV companies never requires any candidate to contribute or pay any expenses or fees towards potential employment within BSJV companies. Additionally, fraudulent email messages can be sent by individuals purporting to be the CEO or Managing Director of BSP, and offering employment as a “representative in the United States or overseas” to process payments. The victim is asked to deposit funds in their account, deduct a percentage as a fee, and then forward the balance via wire transfer. This is not a legitimate BSP recruitment activity or job offer, and is in fact an advance fee fraud. BSP, BLNG and BSM (BSJV companies) disclaim all responsibility with respect to any expense, loss, and/or damage of any kind, which might have occurred in connection with any e-job application and/or recruitment procedure.
