Brussel sprouts with bacon in the SC: Recipe: 400 gm brussel sprouts trimmed and cut in half 4 rashers of bacon - diced 3 spring onions - sliced thin 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/2 cup double cream 1 tsp lemon juice Salt & pepper Method: In a fry pan over medium heat sauté the bacon. Once done placed in SC. Add the brussel sprouts and spring onions to fry pan and sauté. Once done add to SC. Stir in chicken stock, lemon juice, cream salt and pepper to all ingredients in SC and cook on high for 2 hours stirring a couple of times. Last 10 mins of cooking take lid off SC and let sauce reduce but do not turn off. ENJOY Regards Kerry
