Brutal leg workout today. This was just the beginning - Leg press 18 plates, 4 sets x 50 reps - squats 4 plates, 3 sets x 8 reps 1 x set of 5 plates just to test the waters RE back injury. Easy peezy lemon squeezy ;) - reverse hack squats, 4 sets 15 reps, 10 second static hold with another 15 reps and the ANOTHER 10 second static - leg extension 3 sets 5 reps with 10 second isotension at the top of each rep then 10 quick reps to pump them out at the end #MumSignedThePermissionSlip
