Bryant Recovery Day 10 Well, Bryant is acclimating to having this big piece of plastic around his head and neck. He has learned how to eat, drink, and go thru the doggie door with it on, but mostly he has been sleeping. Which I am very glad to see because it will be a very long week if he doesnt. Bryant is basically on bed rest for a week so that his eye can heal, and I am also on a short leash as I have meds (eye drops) to give every 2 hours. So glad I dont have a full schedule for the next 7 days! Bryants eye looks about the same as yesterday and hopefully by tomorrow, we will be able to see some improvement. I am going to work as hard as I can to make sure he comes through this with both eyes and full vision in both. Thank you all for the info you have been sending me and teaching me about your experiences with your own pets. I am so grateful to have learned about this blood serum treatment and am hopeful that it will be successful for Bryants eyes. SAPA will be pulling the payment for his ER visit out the the Funds we have raised for his care so if the dollar amount goes down, that is the reason for it!! Thank you all for contributing to his care!! This photo will be Bryants main activity for the next week or so...
