RE: Promotion It is with a heavy heart that i accept Senior Master Chief Coonradts resignation as Command Master Chief of Saganami Island Academy. He has been an excellent example to Enlisted personnel in all parts of the organization. He has accepted a position that will greatly suit his skills and drive. I am glad he will remain with SIA as an instructor. he has served as my right hand and been a very important part of the Academy. Fortunately, I am serving with many dedicated and enthusiastic individuals that give back much to our organization. I am glad to be able to call on one such individual Ken O’Dell to assume the duties of Command Senior Master Chief of Saganami Island Academy.
