Buddy update: We just walked in the door from Payson! We went back and forth trying to decide whether to keep him there overnight or to bring him home with us and we decided to bring him home so that he could rest in his own house. Today we did more IV fluids, medications and ran blood work which will get the results back tomorrow. We also did an xray and then a contrast x-ray with barium. That test went very well! It did not show any blockage whatsoever to prevent him from healing. The fever He had yesterday and today has subsided tonight! He hasnt had any real doggy food in two and a half days but were going to wait until tomorrow morning to start to feed him again. Hes had IV fluids so he should be fine. We needed to try and let his intestines heal a little bit before irritating them with food. Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers we appreciate it and I no buddy does too.!!!! My client schedule and class schedule will be reinstated tomorrow so if your scheduled with me tomorrow I will see you then! Have a fantastic and blessed night.
