Budget Farce: PPP is seeking approval to spend $210 billion in the remaining 9 months of 2014, some of this to come from more borrowing. The Budget is a farce as it does not account for all monies belonging to the national treasury. Billions are hidden or have been diverted to agencies controlled by the iron-cast Cabal, such as NICIL and GGMC, and other state-controlled companies. Guyana seems to have a shadow government that accesses peoples funds at its own whims. With revenue stream diverted, Guyanese do not benefit fully from national financial resources and the nation survives on dole from borrowed money. When AFC parliamentarians walked out of the the National Assembly recently it was to give notice that fiddling with the national purse would no longer be tolerated.
