Budget session likely from February 23: Sources New Delhi: According to sources on Tuesday, the Budget session of Parliament is likely to start from February 23. Hopes are high with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley indicating start of second-generation reforms going forward. Jaitley is likely to make significant announcements on key issues such as retro tax, goods and services tax, labour reforms, subsidies, steps to restart the investment cycle or boosting infrastructure. Issues like environment, land, power, coal, mining are likely to be effectively addressed through administrative and clearance process.
