Buffalo chicken dip recipe; 1 preheat oven to 350 2 Soften 2 bars cream cheese in microwave & spread in bottom of dish 3 mix chicken & hot sauce together & layer on top of cream cheese 4 add thin layer of ranch or blue cheese drsng on top of chkn 5 sprinkle shredded cheese on top 6 bake for approx 20 mins until all cheese melted and edges are bubbling * its good w/tortilla scoops or Fritos * amount of hot sauce depends on how hot you like it ;) * use can chkn or boil&shred chkn breast
