Bugsie wanted by police The police are seeking the public’s assistance in capturing Patrick Green, otherwise called ‘Bugsie’, ‘Germain’ and ‘Old File’. Green is said to be involved in a number of crimes, particularly abduction, rape and robbery committed in May Pen, Clarendon, and Mandeville, Manchester, the Constabulary Communication Network (CCN) said in a release Tuesday. Green reportedly frequents the areas of Pitfour in St James; Hazard Drive, Halse Hall, Palmers Cross, Dampie and Sandy Bay in Clarendon, as well as Cox in Hanover, and Knockpatrick, New Port, Rose Hall, and Cross Keys in Manchester. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Green is being asked to contact the May Pen Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) at 986-2529, Mandeville CIB at 962-2832, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
