Build a stronger Back. Improve Posterior Strength and Enhance Posture. (Video 90kg Bent Over Row) Men/Women tend to ignore their posterior (Back) muscles a lot and tend to focus too much on their anterior (Front) muscles such as the Pecs (Major & Minor), Anterior shoulders, Biceps and the Abdominals. As you all know this can lead to major posture issues and in time can lead to serious injuries, weaknesses, muscle imbalances and Kyphosis (Hunch Back). Kyphosis is now from my experience the most common posture condition due to the lifestyles we all live in. Most of us work in offices and some develop this from a young age due to too much time sitting down in a class and sitting down doing homework etc. Important to counter act these effects in our lifestyle so that we can sustain good bodily functions as we get older and exercise gets harder.
