Building Construction Update: At Mt. Pleasant, the site continues to be prepared. The unsuitable soils in the visitor’s lot have been remediated and the employee parking lot and hard surface play area have been proof rolled. The sanitary line has been tied in to city’s line and the electric contractor, Claypool Electric, has completed the underground rough in and conduit to the future school sign. At Tarhe Trails, access to the site continues to be difficult due to the road construction and rain. Wet ground prevents our contractor from going around the road construction with heavy equipment to access the site. Monarch Construction Company will lay down gravel to create an access way to the site, weather permitting. Monarch has registered the vast majority of their subcontractors and is working with the city through the permitting process. At Gorsuch West, the General Contractor, Stockmeister, continued with preliminary work to prepare the site. Our first progress meeting on Gorsuch West will be held this Wednesday and will be held every Wednesday in the future, same as with Mt. Pleasant and Tarhe Trails.
