Built by the Housing and Redevelopment Board (HDB) in 1977, Rochor Centre comprises of four blocks of flats each painted in different shades of blue, green, red and yellow. For the past decades, the beautiful coloured flats have become an iconic landmark at Rochor area, bound by Rochor and Ophir Roads and Queen Street in the south of Singapore, just outside of the Central Business District.
