Bumped into an old christian friend yesterday. Got the obligatory side hug, because hes charitable like that to heathens like me. Were in the line at the grocery store, and he raises his volume so everyone can hear him talk about God. He is literally leaning his head back and talking down his nose to me. I immediately regretted even saying hello. Sigh... Anyone up for a normal, human conversation that involves both optimism and intelligence? I feel like I belong on the endangered species list.
