Burning Tires and blocking road in Cayo. Residents want justice for the dead resident of Succotz and the injured taxi driver who were victims of an accident involving the Deputy Commissioner of Police Miguel Segura. Segura is known as an honest cop and one of the senior and respectable men on the force. However, the head on collision after a night at the local casino has forced the Police Commissioner to suspend Segura from duty while charges are being laid for manslaughter and driving without due care and attention. Bob Marley sang This morning I woke up in a curfew; Oh God, I was a prisoner, too - yeah! Could not recognize the faces standing over me; They were all dressed in uniforms of brutality. Eh!
