Burning of Yard Waste in Outdoor Fireplaces/Pits is PROHIBITED * Fires in Outdoor Fireplaces/Pits are only allowed at SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES and for RECREATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY!! * ONLY CLEAN, DRY SEASONED FIREWOOD shall be burned in outdoor fire places/pits; * Recreational fires SHALL NOT BE USED to DISPOSE of LEAVES, SHRUBS or BRUSH, TREE LIMBS, building material, construction debris or trash; * Recreational fires in Outdoor Fireplaces/Pits SHALL BE ATTENDED CONSTANTLY until the fire is extinguished; * Outdoor Fireplaces/Pits SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN 15 FT. FROM the HOME or an ACCESSSORY STRUCTURE that includes but is not limited to decks, sheds and fences; * Outdoor Fireplaces shall be LOCATED on a NON-COMBUSTIBLE SURFACE or in an area where vegetation has been cleared for a distance of 3 ft. on all sides; * RECTANGULAR Fire Pits shall be a MAXIMUM of 16 SQ. FT. with NO SIDE LONGER THAN 4 FT; * CIRCULAR Fire Pits shall be a MAXIMUM of 4 FT. in DIAMETER.
