Burong Isda fermented in my kitchen - a traditional Kapampangan delicacy made from fermented rice and fish fillet of your choice. Good for dipping steamed veggies with grilled fish. Same formula matrix with making cheese attracting the good and yummy lactobacillus acidophilus (lactic acid). Making Buru or Buro is like a 50/50 chance of success, there are times that you attract the bad bacteria and it will go bad. It should smell sour and NOT rotten. Non-Dairy Cottage Cheese Yall :))
