Business Development Executive Needed You are required to manage the technical sales cycle. You Will: Provide technical sales support (e.g., product presentations, architecture reviews, application discussions, prototype development) for strategic accounts Identify and qualify opportunities for product and services at new and existing customers Ensure customer satisfaction of target accounts within assigned geography Provide weekly status updates on scheduling, pre- and post-sales account status, and other issues to VP & General Manager Timely and accurate completion of timesheets twice monthly Participate in regional and district consulting team conference calls Participate in recruiting efforts as required You Have: Excellent client-facing abilities and executive level communication abilities Bachelors degree and/or equivalent business or technical education required Technical aggressiveness, demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements 4-6 years sales consulting, or customer facing service delivery experience Business development experience Working knowledge of BI, Datawarehousing. ETL technologies General knowledge of RDBMS, OLAP, client/server, and web/internet technologies Demonstrated creative problem solving ability Exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skills Record of excellence in professional and educational background Nice to Have: Familiarity with programming techniques (VB, C++, internet development, ASP, JSP, java, XML/XSL) desirable Understanding and ability to communicate and manage the methodology for successful BI/DW implementation and deployment CRM applications expertise desirable Experience with BI products and tools (e.g., Cognos, Teradata, Peregrine, spss, g5, Hyperion, SAS, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Information Builders (IBI), Angoss, CRM, etc).
