The purpose of this role is to expand, manage, promote and develop OTED Transport. OTED Transport – originally known as Ogwr Transport for the Elderly and Disabled is the only community transport provider in Bridgend County Borough. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new and innovative ways to secure future development growth as well as building relationships with external agencies and organisations. Previous experience of securing funding and tendering is essential. A management training qualification is desirable, although not essential as management experience is equally desirable. Candidates will be expected to have robust IT skills and fluency with using Microsoft Office.
