Business Development and Marketing Executive’s A unique opportunity to join AYAKI a highly respected and growing financial services company, based in Maadi. We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated business development and marketing executive who can build up business through gaining new introducers and accounts, as well as managing existing introducer relationships. Based in Maadi, this role will involve extensive telephone / email communication with UK clients and marketing. Your exact level of responsibility is outlined below, however you routine work is to include: • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings to grow referral sources, particularly targeting independent financial advisers. • Attending scheduled meetings with existing introducers. • Planning and preparing presentations and adviser workshops. • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with existing introducers. • Communicating changes in the law to existing introducers / prospective introducers. • Assisting in training staff in relation to complaint handling. • Overseeing the development of marketing literature/ updates to include the website. • Building the brands profile via social media • Assist with any referral payments from accounts. • Providing management and team with appropriate feedback and interpretation of management information supplied. • Ensuring any introducers are compliant with current rules relating to referrals as laid down by the relevant authorities. • To carry out all reasonable work requests asked of you as part of the firm. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 1. Maintain and develop a database for existing and prospective referrers and introducers. 2. Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed targets as identified by either you or the partners from time-to-time. 3. Develop ideas and incentives and marketing to major referrers. 4. Respond to and follow up any opportunities by email, telephone and personal visits. 5. Maintain and develop existing and new referrals through planned individual account support. 6. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. 7. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. 8. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development. 9. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
