Businesses and markets are quickly adapting to include the Millennial generation. How is your church adapting? Have their concerns/interests/lifestyles been included in your visioning and fundraising? By 2016, Millennials will comprise 80 percent of the global workforce, Stapp said. They are going to be the new holders of economic power while the Baby Boomers retire. However, their psychographics (lifestyles, ideals, etc.) are different than the previous generations. Part of this is because of increased mobility, mobile technology that keeps them connected and a plethora of mobile applications for just about anything...Millennials tend to care more about sustainability, health, terrorism and lengthy wars and the Great Recession. As workers, they want convenience, authenticity, integrity, flexibility and transparency. They are more outspoken on what they think.
